About the job:
We are looking for a person with a wide and comprehensive understanding of commercial and financial business, and who can anchor new initiatives across our organization. You must be confident with financial tools, and be passionate about business leadership, analysis, and commercial operational management. At the same time, you will have the daily responsibility of reporting to the company’s CEO and board.

In recent years, we have implemented significant changes, leading to nearly full automation of all financial processes. This position presents a unique opportunity for someone eager to be part of a modern and digital finance department. Beyond managing the finance department’s bookkeeper and overseeing our relationship with our external auditor, you will also be involved in a diverse range of other tasks. You will join us on an expansive international growth journey, with ample opportunities to make a significant impact in this role.

About you:
We expect you to have at least 3-5 years of experience either from a Big 4 audit firm or as a financial controller/financial manager in an SME company, where there isn’t far from idea to action. We also expect you to have an education in economics at either a bachelor’s or master’s level – most likely cand.merc.aud, or HD2 in accounting. In addition, we expect you to be self-driven, flexible, and prepared to make a passionate effort.
