As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will work in close collaboration with and support our Customer Success Team. You will play a vital role in the organization as you will respond to emails and communicate, primarily in writing, with media and clients worldwide as well as internally, ensuring that all parties have the information they need and all processes run as planned. Handling customer inquiries and assisting our clients, media, and teams across Bazoom will make you a key team player in the Bazoom organization.
You will report directly to the Head of Customer Success and join a team of skilled and helpful colleagues working from the headquarters in Aarhus C and around the world.

- Master English at an advanced level, both in writing and speaking
- Fluent in Spanish or German is considered a plus
- Are organized and structured
- Enjoy following tasks through to completion with attention to detail
- Have great IT skills
- Are enthusiastic, driven, and ambitious
- Studying a relevant degree with a minimum of 1,5 years left
