Sales and business development in an international setting

As our new Sales Director at Bazoom Group you will become a part of the management team and report directly to our CEO in a flat organization where there is a short process from thought to action. You will have the overall responsibility for all sales and have 2-3 people in direct reference. Furthermore you will identify potential markets and sales opportunities, define clear targets for a team of ambitious and driven Sales professionals across our international offices and help each one of them utilize their full potential.

In short, your main responsibilities are:

  • International sales management across our international offices in Miami, Fuengirola (Málaga), Copenhagen and our HQ in Aarhus
  • Development of a clear sales strategy
  • Business Development and developing and strengthening the sales organization
  • Support our strong team- and result oriented sales culture
  • Drive and create strong momentum in sales
  • Optimizing and streamlining sales processes
  • Participate in sales meetings with large clients

Sales profile with solid experience and proven track-record

You have solid experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Director, preferably in an international organization. Here you have had success with sales development of both teams and individuals.

You preferably have a commercial education within Sales and/or Marketing, but more importantly you have achieved great success in similar positions and can therefore document your strong results.
You have a digital mindset and experience with analyzing sales figures in Excel, CRM or similar.

You can expect approx. 100-150 annual travel days in this position.

You will work from our HQ in Aarhus, but it is crucial that you are able to travel to our international offices regularly.
