How Do I Update My Account Information?
Keeping your account information up to date ensures smooth access to Bazoom’s services and uninterrupted communication. If you need to update your details, such as your email, password, or billing information, follow the steps below.
Updating Your Personal Information
To modify details like your name, email, or contact information:
- Log in to your Bazoom account.
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Account settings from the dropdown menu.
- Edit the necessary fields and click Save Details to confirm your updates.
Note: If you change your email address, you may need to verify the new email before the update is applied.
Changing Your Password
If you want to update your password for security reasons or because you have forgotten it:
- Open Account settings from the dropdown menu.
- Locate the Change password section.
- Enter your current password, then create and confirm a new password.
- Click Change password to apply the update.
If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, use the “Forgot Password?” option on the login page to reset it.
Updating Billing and Payment Details
To update your billing details and payment methods:
- Click on your profile icon and select Billing from the dropdown menu.
- Choose Edit Payment Method to update your credit card or payment details.
- Review and save the changes.
